Artificial intelligence is changing the practice of law. But responsible AI adoption is not about chasing tools or replacing lawyers. It is about identifying where legal professionals are losing time, where workflows are breaking down, and where AI can support better structure, communication, drafting, and decision-making.
Daphne helps lawyers move from uncertainty to strategy.

Solo practitioners are often expected to deliver the quality, speed, organization, and responsiveness of larger firms without the staff or infrastructure larger firms rely on. This service helps solo and small-firm lawyers identify practical AI use cases, build responsible workflows, and reclaim time for strategy, advocacy, and life outside the office.

AI can support legal work, but the lawyer remains responsible for judgment, strategy, client communication, and final work product.
Client information is protected at every step — from prompt design to platform selection.
Lawyers remain responsible for strategy, communication, and final work product.
Adoption decisions are tied to real outcomes: time saved, risk reduced, quality improved.
The AI infrastructure of an AmLaw 100 firm — engineered for the solo and small-firm attorneys who actually serve most Americans.
Designed by Daphne Robinson, JD, MPH — a licensed Louisiana attorney (since 1995) and Certified AI Consultant — the Command Center unifies intake, drafting, research, matter management, and firm operations behind a single, ethics-first workflow. Attorney judgment stays at the center. AI handles the rest.
This interactive walkthrough illustrates the Command Center's structure and capabilities. Each firm engagement is configured to that firm's jurisdiction, practice mix, and ethical guardrails.
Every AI output is surfaced for lawyer review before it reaches a client or a court.
Configured around ABA Model Rule 1.6 and state analogues — no client data trained into public models.
Built by a licensed attorney and Certified AI Consultant, not a general-purpose SaaS team.
Priced and scoped for solo and small-firm economics — no six-figure enterprise contract.
Every capability below is scoped to a real task a small-firm attorney performs each week — and every output stays under attorney control.
Intake screening, conflict checks, matter timelines, and follow-up sequences — the repeatable work your team shouldn't be doing by hand.
Vetted prompts for LA and MS practice areas — research memos, client letters, discovery requests — engineered by a practicing attorney, not a generic model.
First-pass drafts of engagement letters, motions, discovery, and client updates — always surfaced for attorney review before anything leaves the firm.
Matter status, deadlines, and firm KPIs in one view — the operational visibility big firms take for granted, sized for solo and small-firm economics.
A 90-day plan covering tool selection, ethics screening (ABA Model Rules 1.1, 1.6, 5.3), confidentiality controls, and staff training — not a one-off workshop.
Skill-building modules approved for LA and MS CLE credit — so every attorney on the team uses AI with judgment, not guesswork.
Designed for the firms that make up the majority of U.S. legal practice — where every hour and every dollar is accounted for, and where AI has to earn its place in the workflow.
A 30-minute conversation to map your practice areas, current tools, and biggest workflow bottlenecks.
The Command Center is configured to your jurisdiction, practice mix, and ethical guardrails — not a generic install.
Attorney and staff onboarding, a written AI-use policy, and 60 days of implementation support.
Book a 30-minute discovery call. Leave with a candid read on where AI fits in your practice — and where it doesn't.

Claiborne Parish Library — Homer, Louisiana
AI Is For Everyone Community Workshop
This week I had the pleasure of speaking at the Claiborne Parish Library in Homer, Louisiana, about a topic that I'm deeply passionate about: AI Is For Everyone. It was my first workshop since becoming a Certified AI Consultant.
One of the things I enjoy most about consulting is helping people move past the fear of artificial intelligence and begin to see it for what it can be — a practical tool that can make everyday life a little easier.
We talked about using AI to:
The room included both retirees and Gen Z'ers. Some were very familiar with AI and others had never used it before. I wanted them to know that the AI conversation shouldn't be limited to Silicon Valley, large corporations, or technology professionals. People living in rural communities deserve the same opportunity to learn, explore, and benefit from these tools.
Digital inclusion isn't just about internet access anymore. It's about ensuring that everyone has the knowledge and confidence to participate in the AI era.
Thank you to the Claiborne Parish Library for the invitation and to everyone who attended with curiosity and an open mind. Watching those lightbulb moments never gets old for me. I love it!
Live talks, community programs, webinars, and approved CLE trainings for attorneys and the communities they serve.
