Core Message

AI Should Support Legal Judgment — Not Replace It.

Artificial intelligence is changing the practice of law. But responsible AI adoption is not about chasing tools or replacing lawyers. It is about identifying where legal professionals are losing time, where workflows are breaking down, and where AI can support better structure, communication, drafting, and decision-making.

Daphne helps lawyers move from uncertainty to strategy.

Featured Innovation

AI Legal Command Center

The AI infrastructure of an AmLaw 100 firm — engineered for the solo and small-firm attorneys who actually serve most Americans.

Designed by Daphne Robinson, JD, MPH — a licensed Louisiana attorney (since 1995) and Certified AI Consultant — the Command Center unifies intake, drafting, research, matter management, and firm operations behind a single, ethics-first workflow. Attorney judgment stays at the center. AI handles the rest.

Interactive Concept · Configured Per Firm

This interactive walkthrough illustrates the Command Center's structure and capabilities. Each firm engagement is configured to that firm's jurisdiction, practice mix, and ethical guardrails.

Attorney-in-the-Loop

Every AI output is surfaced for lawyer review before it reaches a client or a court.

Confidentiality-Aware

Configured around ABA Model Rule 1.6 and state analogues — no client data trained into public models.

Ethics-First Design

Built by a licensed attorney and Certified AI Consultant, not a general-purpose SaaS team.

Sized for Small Firms

Priced and scoped for solo and small-firm economics — no six-figure enterprise contract.

Capabilities

Concrete capabilities, not vague promises.

Every capability below is scoped to a real task a small-firm attorney performs each week — and every output stays under attorney control.

Workflow Automation

Intake screening, conflict checks, matter timelines, and follow-up sequences — the repeatable work your team shouldn't be doing by hand.

Jurisdiction-Aware Prompt Libraries

Vetted prompts for LA and MS practice areas — research memos, client letters, discovery requests — engineered by a practicing attorney, not a generic model.

Document Drafting Assistance

First-pass drafts of engagement letters, motions, discovery, and client updates — always surfaced for attorney review before anything leaves the firm.

Practice Dashboards

Matter status, deadlines, and firm KPIs in one view — the operational visibility big firms take for granted, sized for solo and small-firm economics.

Adoption Roadmap

A 90-day plan covering tool selection, ethics screening (ABA Model Rules 1.1, 1.6, 5.3), confidentiality controls, and staff training — not a one-off workshop.

CLE-Aligned Training

Skill-building modules approved for LA and MS CLE credit — so every attorney on the team uses AI with judgment, not guesswork.

Why This — Not Another Legal AI Tool

  • Built by a practicing attorney — not a Silicon Valley team learning legal ethics on the job.
  • Scoped for solo and small firms — enterprise platforms like Harvey and CoCounsel aren't priced or configured for you.
  • Ethics is the starting point, not a compliance afterthought — Model Rules 1.1, 1.6, and 5.3 are engineered into the workflow.
  • Justice-centered by design — informed by an MPH lens on access, equity, and community impact.

Who It's Built For

Designed for the firms that make up the majority of U.S. legal practice — where every hour and every dollar is accounted for, and where AI has to earn its place in the workflow.

  • Solo attorneys who need enterprise-grade workflows without an enterprise budget
  • Small firms (2–15 attorneys) competing against AI-equipped opponents
  • Practice leaders who need an ethics-defensible AI policy — not just tools
  • Justice-centered organizations serving under-resourced clients
Engagement Path

A defined path — from first call to firm-wide rollout.

01

Discovery Call

A 30-minute conversation to map your practice areas, current tools, and biggest workflow bottlenecks.

02

Tailored Configuration

The Command Center is configured to your jurisdiction, practice mix, and ethical guardrails — not a generic install.

03

Rollout & Training

Attorney and staff onboarding, a written AI-use policy, and 60 days of implementation support.

Ready to see what your firm looks like with AI done right?

Book a 30-minute discovery call. Leave with a candid read on where AI fits in your practice — and where it doesn't.

AI Is For Everyone

A practical, justice-centered lens on AI — from community workshops to CLE trainings.

Claiborne Parish Library — Homer, Louisiana

AI Is For Everyone Community Workshop

This week I had the pleasure of speaking at the Claiborne Parish Library in Homer, Louisiana, about a topic that I'm deeply passionate about: AI Is For Everyone. It was my first workshop since becoming a Certified AI Consultant.

One of the things I enjoy most about consulting is helping people move past the fear of artificial intelligence and begin to see it for what it can be — a practical tool that can make everyday life a little easier.

We talked about using AI to:

  • Plant perennials in our hot, humid environment
  • Preserve family stories and history
  • Plan dinner for an entire week with recipes and grocery lists
  • Create questions for our doctors
  • Examine how certain supplements can interfere with medication

The room included both retirees and Gen Z'ers. Some were very familiar with AI and others had never used it before. I wanted them to know that the AI conversation shouldn't be limited to Silicon Valley, large corporations, or technology professionals. People living in rural communities deserve the same opportunity to learn, explore, and benefit from these tools.

Digital inclusion isn't just about internet access anymore. It's about ensuring that everyone has the knowledge and confidence to participate in the AI era.

Thank you to the Claiborne Parish Library for the invitation and to everyone who attended with curiosity and an open mind. Watching those lightbulb moments never gets old for me. I love it!
